What is Zombie Hunters on Bikes?
It basically consists of two things:

1) A fictional anime series / film in the style of a splatter movie – the story of this is going to be showcased here.
2) Something else that will be explained at a different point of time.

Why this kind of topic?
In many zombie / apocalyptic series and films, people have problems when they want to move around on foot or in cars. The fact that these problems could easily be avoided by using bicycles is always ignored. Many people have already noticed this fact, but nothing has been done about it. So now the time has finally come and the bicycle will become the number one means of transport in zombie land!

In zahlreichen Zombie-/Endzeit-Serien und Filmen haben Menschen Probleme, wenn sie sich zu Fuß oder mit Autos fortbewegen möchten. Dass diese Probleme leicht durch die Benutzung von Fahrrädern umgangen werden könnten, wird stets ignoriert. Diese Tatsache ist schon vielen aufgefallen, gemacht wurde jedoch noch nichts. Daher soll es nun endlich so weit sein und das Fahrrad zum Fortbewegungsmittel #1 im Zombie-Land werden.

Foreword / Vorwort

The following chapters outline the story of the Zombie Hunters on Bikes, starting shortly before the catastrophe and ending with the provisional finale, „Operation Brain Claim“.

Some scenes and dialogues are more elaborate than others, in some areas there are still narrative gaps that need to be filled.

All events and occurrences described are pure fiction, everything is fictitious. Real places have been incorporated into the action, but their description is largely based on imagination.

Similarities to real people are partly intentional, partly purely coincidental – this applies to names, appearance, character traits and the like.

This is followed by a brief introduction to the main actors.

 

Die folgenden Kapitel skizzieren die Geschichte der Zombie Hunters on Bikes, beginnend kurz vor der Katastrophe bis zum vorläufigen Finale, der „Operation Brain Claim“, im Stile einer Anime-Serie.

Einige Szenen und Dialoge sind weiter ausgearbeitet als andere, in manchen Bereichen existieren noch erzählerische Lücken, die gefüllt werden müssen.

Bei allen geschilderten Ereignissen und Begebenheiten handelt es sich um reine Fiktion, alles ist frei erfunden. Real existierende Orte wurden ins Geschehen eingebaut, deren Beschreibung beruht jedoch größtenteils auf Imagination. 

Die Hauptaufgabe dieses Sciptes ist es, einen Eindruck vom nicht-optischen „Spirit“ der Kampagne zu vermitteln, sowie Inhalte zu liefern, die gestalterisch umgesetzt werden können.

Im Anschluß folgt eine Kurzvorstellung der Hauptdarsteller.

Ähnlichkeiten mit existierenden Personen sind teilweise beabsichtigt, teilweise rein zufällig – dies betrifft sowohl Namen, als auch Aussehen, Charaktereigenschaften und ähnliches.

 

Stephen Fields

Self-made billionaire, philanthropist and founder of numerous NGOs. Made his first million with bike yoga. Founded WAZO (World Anti Zombie Organisation) shortly after the Impact. He’s the boss, but he doesn’t let himself be put on the line on dangerous missions. Needs his coffee!

Scientific director and polymath of WAZO. Recruited by Sputnik for initial research into the zombie phenomenon. After losing his arm, he no longer rides a bicycle and leaves the work on the battlefield to the younger Doc.

Investigative journalist and thoroughbred fighter. Six feet six with muscles, brains and heart! WAZO founding member, operative arm and backbone of the Cycling Division. Popular with everyone. Looks like Duff-Man without the cape, hat, sunglasses and spandex.
